Graphic tool is a Technology software support tool in teaching and learning, that includes many options like, Draw or Paint program which can be used to create ones own graphics to further enhance his/her documents, this software can help both teachers and students, it appeals to different ranges of ages ,pictures and drawings can be updated and relevant according to the topic being dealt with. Another is the image editing tool, which enhances photographic images by modifying and formatting it. There is also the Clip Art, Photo, Animation, Sound, Video, and Font Collection that is free of use, you can take advantage by using sound, animation or video, engaging both learners and teachers to create exciting and instructional, concrete materials.One other necessary Graphic tool, that has proven to be beneficial is the Charting or Graphing Tool.
The Charting or Graphic Tool, when used appropriately, can quickly and most accurately form both charts and graphs in whatever design or fashion, or area of study that is required or suited by the individual. No longer will a person become frustrated by manually correcting mistakes made in graphing or charting any data. With a simple click of the mouse or typing of a key, your mistake will undoubtedly disappear and your result will be a sparkling, clean, precise effect. This software is far from boring, not only is the variety of graphing and charting wide, but, it is colourful and vibrant, one gets the opportunity to use a new tool, and confidence can be built by what one creates with this tool.
