The Electronic Grade Book

Data Collection and Analysis is a technology software support tools in teaching and learning that consists of Statistical Packages, Student Information Systems, Computer Based Testing System, Student Response System and the Electronic Grade Book.

The Electronic Grade Book program allows teachers to enter all the necessary information that is needed for a normal grade book and has features that can do numerous tasks. It contains Names, Test Scores, Averages, Totals, Dates, Subjects, Percentages, Pass or Fail Results, Reports on Attendance, Punctuality, even Behaviour and has many more options. Grades can automatically be sorted in an ascending or descending order when desired . No need to panic if a mistake is made with marks, simply punch in the correct mark and right away the grade scheme is corrected and assorted.

I believe that the Electronic Grade Book is very convenient for the teachers, information can be accessed very quickly, less time consuming, because of this format information is easily entered and the teacher won't be fustrated but relaxed. And most importantly,I believe this software should be kept because information can be stored safely for future usage.
